This drinking fountain came from a 3rd year University project about alcohol at sports events. The fountain is designed to be placed in the middle of the concourse of a stadium. The shape allows crowd flow around it, yet draws people into using it. This means that after a popular event when a mass of people are trying to leave at the same time, this fountain will draw people out of cramped situations, provide them with hydration and allow a safe pocket for use. It also encourages flow around the whole fountain.
